Image Size and Quality Lost

Previews and 'Open Original' open to very tiny, compressed versions of the original image, losing a lot of quality. Eg.;1920x1040px images will become 952x515px when "opened as original". This is bad for anything where detail is important like wallpapers. This wasn't a problem a month ago so it's very recent and should be easy to find and fix.
