New colors and font

I have used Discord since January 2017, and it was a pleasant app to look at with it's muted colors and easy to use interface. But now in May 2021 your update changed that, your new colors and fonts are absolutely unpleasant to my eyes. The online, offline and idle indicators are bad, but the worst one is your blurple color, the most prominent color on your platform and on this site, it hurts my eyes to look at and is straining. Your fonts are not good either, the one for your logo feels childish and not in the good way and is hard to look at. Listen to me and your userbase and not just five people on twitter. I loved you, I trusted you, many others who your change has harmed trusted you. But now you have to see with your own eyes what you have done, please fix this. Either revert the changes, or give us an option to change the colors back to how they were before. Thank you.

To add to this your @ mentions and reactions are also absolutely terrible and contrasts too much with the dark theme. It's absolutely a nightmare on desktop and I've had to avoid use there completely

I've been using discord since 2016. I use both the browser and the phone versions. On the computer the update has made it unbearable for me as well, and as for my phone? I stopped updating a long time ago. I had to use my sister's phone and the way everything moved gave me motion sickness. I just stopped updating there, I can't see mentions but it's worth not having the new look or getting motion sickness. The new colors and font are a no go, and I think their focus group was probably high.
