Expand official support of Rich Presence to other use cases (music players, file editors, etc)

A limitation of the current Rich Presence API is that non-game applications cannot change parts of a Rich Presence status to something more fitting for the task at hand, like editing a document, listening to music, or something else. It would be nice to see this implemented in the Rich Presence API so applications can make use of them accordingly.

Here's some mock-ups I've made which highlight the parts of a Rich Presence status that could be changed.
