I lost Boosts after one of the last updates. Is it normal?

I boosted at least 3 servers to level 1 and a bit more, but these boosts all disappeared after one of the last updates... I think even some I didn't use are completely gone, but the last 2 I received with my Nitro subscription are there... could somebody tell me if it's normal and , if not, how can I get this fixed?
