Ability to See When Someone Reacts to Your Message

I use Slack a lot for work, and it shows when other people react to messages you've posted. I run multiple Discords for my business, and reactions are how I communicate with my team a lot of the time when I'm busy just to let them know I saw their message. It would be great if they were notified of this.

I didn't really know what category to put this in, but I feel like this is an accessibility feature. It's more of a productivity feature but that's not a category
