Static profile banner for Nitro Classic

Hello,

After talking with some other Discord users about the new upcoming profile banner, we were surprised we had to get Nitro to be able to have a static or animated profile banner.

My suggestion is really simple but might be worth to give it a try:
- Nitro Classic users should be able to use static only profile banner
- Nitro users should be able to use static and animated profile banner

I think letting Nitro Classic users put a static profile banner will give more importance to the Nitro plan, as people can first see how it looks like using the Nitro Classic plan, and if they wish to, they can switch to the Nitro plan and enjoy an animated profile banner.

    Agreed, it's not a good idea to just dump the Nitro Classic in the trash with features like these.

    In my opinion users without nitro should be able to use premade profile banners by Discord or pick own colors
