Customize Color in New User Card

The new user card's small top bar of color above my avatar is a neat change for differentiating users. A small addition to the User Profile menu that allows users to manually set this would be helpful, as I edited my avatar recently to get the desired color, instead of Flat White.

also new blurple and font is still bad but that's not the focus of this there are at least 200 other posts here especially in the accessibility section that go into more detail and have studies and such please I am begging
