Full screening a Stream problem

Sometimes when I'm in a call and either I or the person I am talking to shares their screen, it doesn't go full screen and just makes it just a little bigger. It's weird. Next time it happens I will have to screenshot it. Also sometimes the Discord logo changes in the top left hand corner. Any reason for that?
