I can't see any messages from the bots, both server and private (EN-US/PT-BR)

Yesterday I tried to see discord bots messages from a server that I play, and the messages just don't appear, I tested them on the application on the PC, on the phone, and in the browser, follow the images below and see my error, I changed account and I saw the messages normally
 
Ontem eu tentei ver as mensagens dos bots do discord de um servidor que eu jogo, e as mensagens simplesmente não aparecem, eu testei no aplicativo no PC, no celular, e no navegador, segue as imagens abaixo e veja o meu erro, eu troquei de conta e vi as mensagens normalmente
