add an intent filter for profile links
On the majority of popular social media platforms, you can link directly to your profile. And while you can still do this on discord, it does not have an intent filter that redirects the profile link to the application but instead opens it in the user's default browser.

This is a link to my profile; it opens in the browser when clicked. The suggestion is to have it open in the actual application itself since
1. People aren't typically logged into discord on a web browser
2. It's a very much minor and easy to implement change (as seen in invite links); it greatly improves the convenience of a feature already found on other non-web based platforms such as telegram and steam.
Understandably this feature isn't prioritized since most people can be invited to a server then added from there; however, for people like me, who don't necessarily want a large server full of random people, a profile link would be nicer to have so people can directly add and message me before introducing them to my preexisting groups.
Alternatively, friend request links would be a good idea.
