Integrated Bot Permissions

Most bots have to create some kind of permissions system so that not all users get access to all commands, whether they allow only the owner access to certain commands, or like a DJ role.

Most bots do this either by using an existing permission, creating a custom role that server admins have to find a way to give people appropriately, or by having the server owner navigate a maze of commands to give people the appropriate permissions.

I would like a way for bots to be able to create custom permissions(like how they can create slash commands), which would appear in the role menu, so that server admins could just give the appropriate roles and/or users the appropriate permissions. It'd speed up both bot development and bot setup for server admins.
