Emoji choose windows is cropped when trying to send a long message including a picture

Issue :

emoji choose windows is cropped when trying to send a long message including a picture (fig. 1)

And on a 1360x768 it's even worse, we see even less of the window, and there is a scroll bar on buttons part (fig.2)

Steps to reproduce :

- Include an image in your message (drag&drop)

- Type a long message

- Open emoji with the emote button and tadaa
