Kicked/Left differentiaton

Currently, the discord API doesn't have any way to determine whether a member was kicked or chose to leave (I'm looking for kicked, not banned), which seems like an oversight to me, I would highly appreciate it if this was added since it is a basic event which I would like to not rely on complicated audit log calls for!
