Discord Api.

Discord api should increase the 1 second 50 requests limit. As today at 8:04 there was a world wide discord raid, thousands of servers got raided by a guy named h0nda. Wick (one of the best discord moderation bots with anti raid features ) got rate limited because of h0nda and couldn’t protect any servers it was in. Increasing the api would be a lot of help to many developers.
