Localised Roles

I think that it would be awesome if we were allowed to localise server roles based on the viewing language of the user.

This function already exists to a smaller extent with the 'Online' role and how it is automatically translated (as part of UI translation) to various other languages. By allowing us to translate our custom roles we'd be able to fully localise the servers for supported languages.

An example of this concept would be the role of a 'Member'. If using Discord in English, or if the server administration did not localise the role on their part, then it'd remain plain as it is, however if they'd localise it per language (eg. the equivalent in Polish, or German, or French) then the role would have whatever text is intended for the viewing language.

This could be beneficial to multi-language servers and allow easier understanding of roles by just taking a quick glance (at least on the servers that would utilise the potential of this option).
