Hacked account not disabled
My discord account was hacked. I had friends report the account and also opened a support ticket myself, which discord staff acknowledged. But then for God knows what reasons, they still refused to disable the account which has my credit card linked to it. I had to lock my credit card just to prevent the hacker from gifting nitro on it.
I have no idea how an account that obviously should be flagged for suspicious activities (multiple reports, a support ticket opened for being hacked, password changed, email changed, suddenly logged in from the opposite side of the globe) is still out there spamming scam messages and attempt to gift nitro. It should be part of the protocol to temporarily disable those accounts.

Open a ticket and in the mean time, hit up Discord's support twitter. I got my account for THIS SUPPORT WEBSITE suspended because they closed my UNSOLVED TICKET and I kept making a NEW ONE and they hated it. :) So... I'm going nuclear and blowing up their communications on all fronts. Speaking of which, please go to my tweet (here) and reblog it with an @ for @Discord_support so they'll HAVE to see it regardless of if they want to or not? Thank you.

well yes in fact I did hit up their support twitter, which replied within 2 days but with the same message of "we've escalated your ticket to our trust and safety team"
the ticket itself has stayed opened for longer than a business week and hasn't been assigned to anyone yet0
