Improving server adaptation

Add the possibility of individual adaptation to the participant. For example, if the participant answers the first question, then the second question will be based on the answer to the previous one, in order to issue a more optimal role.

If the first question is "What country are you from?" the answer will be "USA", then the next question will be "What State are you from?" and it is the US states that are listed, not the regions of Russia.
