Discord ignores me

Hey, so recently,2 weeks ago, my discord account got hacked and I made a ticket, saying that they changed my email so I can’t get in. I had a nitro there, very sensitive things, and people who depends on my help. Till this day I’ve got no help, and only answer I’m getting is from bots (automatic answers from Clyde, discord bot) I tried to reach out to them many times, trying to tell them that I just need their help and that I understand that it will take some time but 2 weeks is just to much, even tho I told them it gonna get deleted because first time it happened, I’ve received email saying that my account is for deletion. I tried to reach out to discord on twitter as well, nothing, pure radio silence.
