Discord support tickets taking way too long
At this point, it is just pathetic. My 7 year old discord account got disabled(with a clean record btw, no warnings ever) 5 days ago over breaking ToS I never broke myself or had any knowledge of. I panic sent multiple discord account ban appeals to no avail. I sent another appeal using a different email using the evidence necessary, I got told to use my account's email from which tickets have gotten ZERO responses from this past week despite giving the evidence necessary.
Your support ticket system is in shambles right now, I would like for any discord staff looking right now to check any of the following tickets because I am actually done. I've used every single way possible to contact you and I have heard NOTHING. Can you guys stop ignoring my tickets, can you fix your system? Can I finally get my account enabled again? I don't have forever to wait, it's only a month before it's removed. Please, someone look over at this post as I did nothing wrong and to be getting zero responses out of this is unprofessional and rude.

I am going to be bumping this post every 24 hours if there's zero responses of value or no progress with my tickets, I am looking forward to be getting some progress. Cheers
EDIT: Change of mind, I am going to be making a new thread every day till a HUMAN support staff that can read takes an actual look at my issue.

My account was disabled 5 days ago as well without any reasoning. No email was sent saying what i did and after sending several tickets they all get closed by clyde bot saying it wont be reinstated. So far what i notice it seems to be accounts that are 7-8 years old mainly being affected.

In all seriousness, I've done everything. I have not received a single reply on my main email's tickets. I have hope that maybe they will take a look over it. But I am trying my best to take their attention through other platforms such as twitter or the discord town hall server, in case they actually check that out. Going to the forums is my last chance, I need help. Seeing your experience just makes me sad that other people are going through what I went through.

I honestly think something went wrong with discord system 5 days ago and innocent people were banned and they have yet to remedy the issue which is honestly bad business practices for a company like discord.

What could have gone so wrong with the system tho? And why are they actually not giving any responses? That is the biggest issue for me.

I'm going through exactly the same thing and it's nothing but stupid. My account has been disabled for two weeks, and my ticket has been left open for 6 days already. It's impossible for it to take this long. Even if they have increased volumes of tickets, it's not like they have one person responding to each and every one of them. And the funniest thing Is that my account got disabled over a joke. The moment I got discord, I had always put my real age into the birthday system, and I've stated multiple times my real age in servers. But I made one joke calling myself a 12 year old and some nutjob must have taken that seriously. Which is still quite fair, but absolutely stupid on Discord's end because all they had to do was look at the context of the message and go through the birthday info on my account and none of this would have happened. My nitro is still running even after my account is disabled, I only used two weeks of it and now there's two weeks left before it runs out. I payed for a month's worth but I'm not even going to be able to use it because they're taking their sweet time with my ticket. It's called Help and Support. Not the suggestion box hovering over a trash can.😐

I am in the same situation except that my account was disabled due to chargebacks from unauthorized transactions. My account got compromised and when I submitted a ticket for that (law enforcement got involved because some of my sensitive info was stolen), the ticket went unanswered for 12 DAYS (Still unanswered). It seriously makes me feel hopeless for the support system as I never get anything other than robotic replies.

Okay so I'm not the only one in this same situation. It's been 20 days with 0 responses. This is appauling. I expected better from such a big company…
