Twitch style chat pin for servers

As the title implies an idea came to mind about pinned messages.

Twitch has a pinned message system that lets the owner or moderators pin messages in a special way to show it at the top of the chat until either A. Disabled or B. a time limit is reached

My group feels for organizational purposes either a text channel's topic should be bolder/more visible or the addition of a feature for pinned messages much like Twitch could be small but helpful for server devs and owners.
