Basic improvements, should take minutes to fix.

Assuming you want people to be using your app 24\7 why would you make startup so bulky and vigorously, in your face, annoying that people would want to turn "auto start when windows starts" off?

It's 2023. Have a dev spend about 11 minutes making discord start in the background.

Also, a lot of people have more than 1 monitor. It's time to stop completely ignoring that fact. Every time discord starts, windows resets, monitors go to sleep, ANYTHING, discord wakes up in a random location across your monitors.
