"No More Bots!" Server Feature

As the title states, this is a feature for no more bots. By that, i mean no more bots being added to the server, preventing nukes and raids. This can either be added to the Moderation Section, or the Community section as a button. I guess if they had this feature on, to make it more convenient, there could be a bypass for only the server owner to add bots. 

Overall, I think this will take down the amount of nukes/raids going on in servers. And also give owners a sense of security knowing that their server is safe, secured, and locked down.
