Allow users to have a hashtag (#) in their username

I feel like most people do not mind having to adapt to a username, however I do think that some people hate the fact that they cannot get the username they want, this is why hashtag usernames were such a good system, because it allowed a user to have their desired username with a reduced possibility of that username being taken.

If you allow users to have a hashtag in their username, that will give users the ability back to have their desired username, and you may be asking "why would you not just have the numbers behind your name" well because the hashtag is familiar on discord, and it looks overall nicer, and the fun thing is, if you don't like the hashtag, don't use one as you can still use a period, or a underscore.

I think this would make a lot of people happy as they can have their desired username back while using the new username system :D

I am in favor of more options when picking a username, but allowing the hashtag would only let users have the username they want if the username they want has a hashtag in it.

Other than for some Nitro users who changed it, people didn't chose the hashtag and the numbers; they chose whatever was in front of the discriminator. The username update directly prevents people from picking the username they wanted.
