Help button on discord app sends me to the spanish website of the support.discord.

Whenever I press the discord help button (Round button with question mark located top right) it sends me to the Spanish site (https://support.discord.com/hc/es). I do not live in Spain, my device settings, browser settings and discord settings all have the language set to English.
Quite unusual.
