They said that they can't help me repeatedly and failed to unlock 2FA when I told them how to do it. Also, they give me irrelevant stuff and then told me to stop using profanity when I have been dealing with it for 3 weeks and am getting pissed off. It's sad that a 14-year-old has more knowledge than an entire group of people with Bachelor's degrees.
