Simply for support Staff, my advice is that you have been and continue collecting the information in order to sync the profile to the 2FA server encrypted data. So just pull the profile from the 2FA server. Also, for the underage issue, remove the security system which determines whether the account is underage or not.

  Also, return to the old username system by doing an overall change integration to the naming system that you have set up.
