Allow searching for country flags by country names

Searching for country flags can be quite difficult for example for the flag of Chad the code is :flag_td: which can be hard to search. so allow for usage like :flag_chad: so that we can search more easily.

    I have the same problem! I think it's a very good idea to add an alias to the emoticon so that it can be searched by several names depending on, for example, what application language we use.

    To search for the Polish flag, enter flag_pl. I think the flag should also appear after typing Poland, and other equivalents depending on the country in which the person is looking for the emoticon. A Pole would have to type "Poland", a Spaniard "Polonia" and so on.
