Wrongly accused of being under 13

I made a joke in a large server saving I was 12 then later 7. Assuming context would be enough to know it’s a joke. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to access my account in 5 days. I’m sending this from an old account and my original ticket is 37191385. I have also updated my username so it’s just deadly_debate without numbers. I sent My ID same day as i was disabled and have gotten no response. If someone can can please look into this I’d be very grateful. I understand that these things take time but I’d have hoped it would be a day or 2 instead of 5.

    If you made the joke on a public server, it's highly likely that someone reported you to Discord rather than Discord itself catching and flagging the text and disabling your account. This seems to be a really strong issue with Discord at present, lots of people are getting their accounts banned for being "under the age of 13" when they're not.  Not sure if people are just falsely reporting others for dirt or what, but getting your My HR KP account back in a timely manner doesn't seem to be happening judging by the threads in the forum here.

    At this point I would sing discords praises if they would simply reactivate my account after I’ve sent them the appropriate information with ample time to respond. I have tried every way to contact them and they seem to be ignoring me. I have servers I cannot find again with friends I’ve known for years and have no other way to contact. The fact that discord is refusing to send anything other than an automated ticket in the weeks time they’ve been given is sad and shows poor customer service. All I know is that I’m certainly never paying for nitro if I can’t even trust that my account won’t be falsely taken from me and never returned
