My account got disabled on discord for no reason and I didn't receive an email
Dear Discord I want to tell you that I don't know what happened to my account, I just woke up with it disabled and I made a ticket to you and you didn't answer because it's a matter of time that I have the card data on discord and also this evening I received an email saying that my nitro discord will end in 7 days and the payment will be automatic so that I can also buy next month when my account is deactivated and I have nothing to do.. please help me, I just want to be answered in tickets or even here, on twitter because otherwise I have no way to contact you, I tried all possible ways.. please help me to do something... I've been using discord since 2017 and I've never experienced anything like this, I just hope it's a mistake and no one wants to answer my tickets

It takes a while for them to get back since everyone is getting their accounts disabled at this time you just have to send a request and wait

I have been struggling with the same issue for 4-5 days now and I have not yet read anywhere that the disable account was "incorrectly" disable and then reinstated. On the contrary, I read everywhere that DISCORD disables accounts in an abnormal way and does not consider appeals.
So I hope your problem will solve and this mean there is hope for the rest. Honestly, I have no hope, DISCORD is still busy marking my support sections as "solved" with automated replies, nothing is "solved".

i've heared that being disabled without email means not respecting discord tos, not sure tho

But which rules? In order for us to know whether something is right or wrong, the alleged has to explain it. Maybe it was just a technical error and it just happened to coincide with me using a VPN. Also i've been using discord with a VPN for years.
So it's imperative that they explain which rule was violated, so that we can know which of our actions led to which consequences. And if there is a mistake, that's the only way we can detect it.
Right now I'm just guessing that it's a false spam detection, but maybe they reported my new server (unfairly) or it's something to do with the VPN, I have no idea what happened.

Yes, something like this can happen, but they need to announce it on twitter or somewhere else.
There is no information. Such a behavior does not suit such a big company.

I didn't do anything wrong, I'm simply a peaceful person and I don't do nonsense or things like others like a while ago a friend of mine suffered the same thing only they answered him in 3-4 hours and even now they haven't answered me after 9 days (the account being deactivated since 21.06.2023)
and no i don't use VPN
