Revamp support

Currently discords support team is absolutely useless, if your account was disabled it could take forever and by the time they respond it will be to late. Oh, Clyde sent a message saying to respond to a ticket but you didn't see it? MARKED AS SOLVED! You mention anything about the word solved? MARKED AS SOLVED! You accidentally make more than 1 ticket? MARKED AS SOLVED AND IGNORED FORVER! Like seriously discord is a massive company that can at least spare some money to hire a competent support team. The only time you ever get a reply is if its a bot or if its a person it will just be a rephrase of whatever the bot said. But the moment you try to bring this issue up you instantly get the ticket marked as solved and if you reply to your own open ticket it will just take even longer to respond. You'd expect that having tickets automated You would at least get a response (even if its automated) quickly but nope! You would have a better chance getting a brick wall to respond.

    I'm currently in a life or death battle with Discord Support right now and it feels like the entire system is set up to spit in your face. I'm so desperate I'm literally trying to find phone numbers hoping I can make a miracle happen if I find one for the support team or their office. I'm browsing ZoomInfo and Rocket Reach because submitting a ticket and messaging them on Twitter haven't done anything.

    Does someone have to get MrBeast himself to reach out before Discord will respond?

    Lol I feel ya, its so dumb that discord let's you have multiple accounts yet if you sign put of on to sign in the other you will get marked as suspicious. They don't even bother to bring account switching to phone so we just gotta deal with this bullshit

    Also dumb how the only way to contact the support is through this poorly made site, It would be better to have a number or email alternative along with the site.
