Account Disabled Due to Underage

After having my account disabled yesterday due to underage, I followed all the steps instructed (regarding the photo) and submitted it, and haven’t gotten a reply. I would like to know if anyone has experienced this before and roughly how long does it take for the image to be processed

    i got false banned too, they take like 5-6 days to reply. I made 2 tickets that were answered in this period of time. Also i've read that people waited similiar amount of time

    i got my account disabled for literally sending a sarcastic reply to someone saying "im only 12" and within an hour im banned... 

    they then asked me for id... which i didnt really want to give them but i have way to many people added on my account and i have nitro paid for for a year so i sent them the id verification... a week later 0 reply from discord.

    how can discord be so poorly ran that they will ban you for a dam sarcastic comment within an hour but won't review your verification request... literally i have a year of nitro on my account which i paid for and now can't use... do discord care? no, they have the money and don't care a single bit about their users.

    Similar situation. They disconnected me half a day after the joke message. The fourth time I send a request to update the age, but so far silence. I have never seen such a long wait. Other sites would respond faster.
