We are all in the same boat my friend.. they will just flag your ticket as Solved, and sometimes NELLY will flag it as solved, they will ignore it completely. It's a lost cause.. Discord support team is not gonna do anything.. and they won't reply on twitter either. So.. Good luck with your ticket, but after anywhere between 14-30 days, your account will be perma deleted. I know how you feel..

yes my situation is the same, I still get auto-bot answers in the same way. it says because you violated the rules, but it does not say which rule it is.
of course, if a disable operation was done, we must have passed a parameter of a program, so I don't think that a real person disables the accounts one by one. in my example, for example, I may have sent 20 links for 1 hour, they may have considered it spam, but I'm not sure since there is no explanation.
It is also unacceptable to disable the account without any prior warning whatsoever and delete the account after 14 days.
I don't think a real person has read and understood the appeal so far, the bot that disables, the bot that responds, I don't know who runs discord. someone has set parameters and they disable accounts accordingly.
even if there is a mistake, I haven't seen anyone reinstate their account from this stage yet, but maybe if we increase our complaints it might help.
