Support Refuse to Take Suggestion for the false account deactivation
Discord staff have refused to look at my suggestion that I posted to fix the security system. Continue applying pressure onto the staff if you want an answer by all means without "abusing" the staff.
-
Let me be clearer about this, you have a security system set up. (Yes you do, don't lie and say you don't.) All you need to do is delete the code for it and replace it with the code of the last security system. Also, the reason I said that you ignore us is specifically that I have seen over 3 cases of staff not giving the members an answer, or they give irrelevant things to the point that we have to use profanity and other forms of "abuse". So in order to get a response from staff from this, since you refuse either because your regulations are against my suggestion or you just aren't educated on the topic enough. It should be important to note that the members will rebel/will apply pressure to the staff until you agree to use my suggestion and do so.

Also, I found you a quick fix for the 2FA problem while I was offering a solution if you refuse to take my suggestion or say that you can't do so. It proves either your regulations are inefficient or your staff has not qualified for the level of Information Technology which should be a standard for Discord as a result of the first one.

And while we are taking suggestions and figuring this out, might I add Discord's definition and the dictionary definition of highly qualified do not align with each other?
0 -
Highly qualified by the dictionary means how accurate they are for the job, basically when stuff hits the fan, the person won't back down. But when a 14-year-old knows how to play certain cards that even the highly qualified professionals working at a social media company and a 4-year degree can't play. It's rather insulting to the staff, isn't it now?

Also, I am still gonna tell the members the truth, the fact that you CAN do it but your regulations are inconsistent, so it would be wise to take my suggestions before causing backlash and your staff take 2x the amount of tickets being made.

I love how discord also let people like Patrick be able to use ChatGPT and impersonate discord staff.. this only shows how badly this is monitored

If you don't mind me speaking freely Patrick, it does seem like all the staff do is just copy and paste a script that they make for every situation instead of actually answering questions of the members with relevant and actually useful information about the topic. So it's not surprising Shibby would say that you are using ChatGPT. Also, the " really makes it seem like you are copying and pasting from a script.

@... For someone involved in crypto and sounding like a robot.. And I know for a fact that you are using ChatGPT because how you reply on most threads is exactly how ChatGPT is writing. It's very clear that you have an alternative motive in mind than just "helping" others on this forum. And that your account was made less than a month ago as well. For example.. you don't put the brackets after "Best regards". That's how ChatGPT does it for you to remove and fill in your own name. I know how it works, and you are completely a scam like all other people (for example on twitter) where they say "I know this hacker, he knows how to get your account back bla bla bla[Name]" to try and make a quick buck on people that have lost their account in a not legitimate way.

So tell me @..... Is a lot of people having their accounts disabled because of a false report? Is it because of the discord algorythm? Why are we not getting an email saying what line we broke in ToS/Community guidelines?
Why are they ignoring us on twitter?
Why is my tickets marked as "solved" every time I try to reach out?
When will I expect to talk to a human discord staff?
Will my account ever be reinstated?0 -
@... I just need to say this, talk with the other staff team members and get them to take my suggestion or face the backlash of the members. They already broke the security system. So it's their turn to deal with the effects of it. There is no "abuse" of staff at this point, it's only staff either neglect the members or face the backlash at hand and work efficiently.

You never deactivated my account, someone else deactivated it. But your security system deactivated multiple other peoples accounts falsely and they are getting neglected, it needs to be fixed or the members will cause backlash

@... I have given you staff everything you need to fix the issues that are at hand. Now it's your job to use it.

A. Not accusing anyone of anything. B. You use the same format as the staff members, what are you expecting of the members to think? You start with "Hello [NAME]" & end with "[Ending Message], [Your name]" C. Why are you responding trying to defend staff if you are a regular user?
0 -
It should be the staff that face the members, not users defending them when they have multiple years of experience and a bachelor's degree.

"Thank you for sharing your thoughts on our security system. As a new platform that has not yet launched, we take the security of our members' funds and personal information very seriously. Before launching, we will be thoroughly testing our security system to ensure that it meets the necessary standards." What does our security system mean? I was talking about Discords.

There are several inconsistencies with you @.... But, I do notice that you do seem human so must not be a staff member because you forgot to capitalize things several times, if you don't have an explanation for why staff refuse to take suggestions/continue to neglect members, then it is not wise to respond.

Then may I advise him to try watching how he types to avoid confusion? Saying "our security system" when talking about Discord's security system makes him seem like a staff member. It should rather be that he should correct this habit (if it is a habit) or should correct it.
