Oranges problem

Hello im orange juice, and i have forgot my password and i can’t verify my email. and every time i go into the website it says “sent a message to SMS” and i put the code in and it says “Sent code to your email” my email is NOT set up yet and i cant fix my password please help im EXTREMLY mad. thank you.
