My account falsely banned.

My account got falsely banned for being underage and there is no response from discord support at all. I fear my account will get deleted if I don't get help from support within 14 days.
Discord should have better moderation for this. They say they are taking time to respond to request tickets because of "high volume". Well there wouldn't be "high volume" of requests if they did the moderation better in first place? Like how are you completely disabling an account without proper cross checking facts, not even a warn? And the account deletion will be only in 14 days, MEANWHILE the support takes MONTHS to reply to the freaking ticket?
Absurd overall.
There was no evidence provided that I was actually underage? Like have you seen my ID before disabling? Multiple of my friends have had their accounts disabled for this same reason with no proof nor confirmation. Multiple accounts deleted because support took too long or did not resolve the situation properly. I demand for my account to be re-enabled asap!
This is beyond stupidity just because some trolls decided to spam report an account and that was enough to disable a loyal user account? Now I might have to see my friends and the servers I'm in be lost forever, never to be recovered or seen again.

    The account deletion can happen anywhere between 14 - 30 days.

    Most likely it won't get deleted because of the backlash the staff is getting they will deactivate the deletion system.
