Account Disabled For Chargeback, No Response From Discord in 5 Days

It's been a week since I had my account disabled because a chargeback was made. 2 days after my ban I had confirmed with my bank to withdraw the dispute and sent the letter from my bank to Discord as required. However I haven't heard from Discord in my email since. I am worried my account will be permanently deleted after the 14 day deadline. Has anyone have this same issue? And, how long does it usually take for them to respond?

    im in the same boat, 5 days and no response although my ban was for being underage which i am not. sent them all the proof they asked for and tried reaching out through email, via my filed ticket and the discord support twitter but all i have got is automated emails telling me that they received my ticket. as far as i can see its a game of luck, some people hear back in a matter of hours and for others its more like weeks and months. just hope they solve the problem before its too late. i have also seen that 14 days isnt necessarily the deadline, some say its a random point between 14-30 days and others say its 30 days for a full account deletion. if anyone else knows some ideas on how to get this fast tracked please do share.

    not sure if it helps but a couple people i know have had their accounts back recently. One took 2 days and another took about a week so it seems there isn't really an estimate on time but at least i know they are actually giving people their accounts back.

    11 days. At this point I think I have to give up on my acc.

    Thank you for your response!! I have a question though, how many requests or emails etc have u sent to them so they responded? I've sent about 4 emails and a message on twitter, do you have any tips or suggestions on how i could increase my chance of them responding? Thanks, once again.
