My account was disabled because of chargeback and they ignore me

My acc was disabled because of PayPal chargeback. I got an answer from a bot and I withdrew all disputes and provided evidence. It has been 8 days and I still haven’t received an answer, I sent multiple tickets, contacted them on Twitter yet I seem to get ignored. Since there’s limited time (14 days deactivation that leads to the account being permanently banned) I’m starting to panic. They also charged me for nitro on that account that I cannot even use. I just wish they could give me an answer before the time is up.

    Did they give you an answer yet? I haven’t heard from them at all. At this point I’ve accepted the loss of my account.

    Is it really true that after 14 days of deactivation it will be permanently banned? I have the exact same issue, but it said I had to withdraw all open disputes within 14 days of the suspension. I did that 5 minutes after the suspension so that should be good right? I mean I did it within 14 days but it doesn't say anything about it being permanently banned so I don't think you have to worry. (Well we'll know in 2 days cause then I've been waiting for 14 days...)

    I’m am happy to report that after exactly 14 days my account has been enabled again and Nitro has been refunded. The email I got about this was incredibly kind and understanding, so patience is all you need right now.
