50,000 member server at risk due to false account disable
I don't even know where to start. I own one of the largest US GTA RP communities with over 50,000 members on discord. My account got disabled for breaking TOS. This has happened 3 times before, I suspect people that are banned from our FiveM server are reporting me to be trolls or one of the many discords I have joined has been compromised.
Anyway, every time I have gotten a response and apology, then they have proceeded to unban my account. Since they removed the ability to use abuse@discord.com I have been using the ticket system and have only received a reply from the bot Clyde saying my account will not be reinstated.
My business depends on the usage of Discord. I have never in a million years broken any TOS or community guidelines. I have several discord servers all hubs for my FiveM RP, Gmod, FiveM PVP, Rust servers etc. I have 30+ very helpful staff members that keep the servers clean and help out in any way possible.
I have no idea what to do now, I have more than 60,0000 members across my discord servers that are all tied to my company. I have 11 days before my account gets deleted and my game servers take a huge hit.
What can I do?

if you managed to get your account back by contacting support then you are good to go but if you can't there is a request ownership feature but someone you trust should help you to bring it back but you need to meet the requirements

I am sure I will get my account back once a human sees my appeal. But so far it's just Clyde. I'm just worried someone that could help won't see this in time.

then if you didn't you can ask a friend after your account gets deleted to get the ownership if they got administrator and then transfering it back to you
