For those who recently got their acc disabled for being underaged

I dont usually comment on here but I figured I would since the new update on discord many users have reported their accounts being disabled for being underage even though they arent. (Me included, my discord account was made in 2018 and ive been a nitro subscriber for 2 years now) their modding system has significantly plummeted for some reason with this "disabling accounts out of no where" bug for being underage. My account was disabled on June 16th and it took me about 5 days to get a response and for me to get my account back. (Btw harassing their social media team will not help as they arent allowed to discuss trust and safety issues.) 2 days ago my account was disabled again for being underage even though I previously submitted an appeal and was age verfied. This is honestly complete bs and if I have to keep appealing every month this is going to be a big issue with discord in general. I know im not the only one who got their account disabled as of recently because of this bug but for it to happen twice in the span of 2 weeks even though my account was already verified is crazy. Idk if im the only one this happened too twice now. Anyways just hold out on a response from discord they will reply eventually just keep your fingers crossed that they do it in a timely manner. Ill report back here if I dont hear anything in 5 days again

It is necessary to punish the supporters and those who ban "just like that", because they have no evidence that we are under 12, this is just nonsense.

Sadly, the same thing happened to me for supposedly being under 13 years old, what I don't understand is why is my date of birth on the account? I have been waiting more than 5 days for them to respond to my ticket and nothing, despite madnamr everything required.
