Allow voice channels from specific people to be fully hidden

Hello. There is currently no "hide voice call" feature on discord. So, here is the example

User B does not want User A to join their calls anymore.

User A still sees User B's calls. User A wants to fully hide voice channels that contain User B so he does not join User B's public voice calls.

So, the feature is not supported right now. This becomes a problem. We need a new feature.

So, with the new features, calls can become hidden.

User A uses the hide feature to make voice channels with User B hidden.

It's a win-win. We need this feature because if somebody does not want someone joining their calls, that someone can hide their calls.
