Support to disable my account

I was a member of a server, they looked like a good server and it was a football server, they had some secret channels and they were doing illegal activities, I didn't know those channels existed, but Discord deleted them at the same time. Doing that also disabled the server of my account, and Discord support, unlike other sites and programs, does not give me any correct answers, and I think they do not read my message at all and repeat the same message, if I can really contact the support. I'm sure they'll be convinced that I haven't done anything against Discord's rules
