Priority of messages

I want all discord users to have the ability to manage notifications in an extended way. Let's say you can set a priority for each individual channel or user. What does priority mean? Receiving notifications despite the do not disturb mode. Let's say people often write to me and it bothers me, I would like to constantly receive notifications from close friends, but at the same time use the do not disturb mode. I think a lot of Discord users are facing a similar problem.
