Terrible discord support
I got disabled nearly a week ago so i sent a ticket and haven't gotten a response whatsoever I'm fed up with there slow ass no response service when we send a ticket we expect to get a response from a real person and not a bot how about discord support you step up your game act professional and actually look at support tickets instead of marking them solved and how bout also giving us an actual reason to disable our accounts instead of just randomly banning us for no reason Anyway my ticket number is (37543802)

you should probably make more new tickets and try to grab the bot attention, as it may be able to solve that issue

Like they said I was supposedly spamming which I wasn't and yeah they're also marking my tickets as solved to which they're not I still haven't heard back

How sad that they didn't help us :( I had many memories in my account and many contacts and servers. The bots mark as solved and they didn't solve anything. There's nothing else to do, I would think;(
