Account disable with no reason, waiting for 11 days, request closed 10 times and still no human answer
I received an email saying that my account was deactivated for moderating a server that had been banned, and I had absolutely nothing to do with it and I didn't even remember that I was on it. I made a request here explaining the situation and all I got was an automated message saying I violated the TOS and my account will not be reactivated. I kept sending messages in the same ticket every time they closed it without replying (literally 10 times), and now after waiting for 11 days, the twitter support finally replied saying that they had definitely answered the ticket (??????????????) and that if I had any doubts I should review it, and the only thing I received was a generic message that explained absolutely nothing. My account is almost 5 years old, full of memories and messages that I won't be able to recover and now it can be deleted for no reason. it seems like I don't have any chance for support to help me anymore... If someone can review ticket (37431128) I would be grateful, as my account will be deleted without me having done anything. By the way, it seems that a lot of people are going through the same problem these last few weeks with the discord.

I tried to man.I believe I am in a similar situation.I tried everything.Sent proof,a long detailed message and begged them to re-check.I am only getting automated bot answers from "clyde" via email and the discord support page.I honestly feel so mad.Its a on old account of mine,in which I have almost a year worth of nitro and Ive invested so many of my days and met so much amazing people.Evenn if my account remains banned,all i asked them was to export my friend list.I have some really good friends that I have no other way of reaching and don;t wanna lose them foreever.That is all im asking.But sadly i am not getting any aagent to read my case :(
Other times in the past,my account was hijacked once and the guy bought nitro for himself.Support handled it so easily and refunded me aswell and helping me secure my account.They were so helpful,quick and proffesional.I feel like now they do not even care.
Im honestly disappointed in the discord team.I had so much faith I could at least recover my friends.But yeah ig it is what it is.0
