Nicknames that are abandoned after use

I think nicknames that are abandoned after use, should be available to other accounts after a specific time and this time should be stated while changing nicknames. Because an account can change their nickname many times and those nicknames are abused and cannot be used because of such people. If you do this suggestion, I'd be so happy :)
