Is it normal for Discord not to respond to tickets? Or are they trying to respond but there is some technical issue?

Hi, I am having the issue a lot of people here are where my account was disabled for no rhyme or reason, and I didn't get any email or explanation about it or what rules I broke. 

This is what my ticket looks like

Is it normal for there to be no response between my response, and I get absolutely no communication from Discord, just talking to myself?

It seems like they want me to submit some documents, since it says I am in the right place: Yes , and did I read the TOS and rules: Yes

But it won't tell me what document I need to submit. 

I tried to guess and submitted me holding my ID with a piece of paper with my tag on it, which I saw as a comment here, but that didn't work. 

 

Can anyone tell me what document Discord wants me to submit? Since Discord won't tell me. 

How can I get my account back please? I've been trying to work with support and create multiple tickets, but its no use.

    I want to believe that there is still hope, but.. they won't respond at all. 
    I wasted 200$ in my account for nothing and they don't seem to care about their clients.
