    Thanks for that Haunt, i really appreciate the help. Fortunately, i've already done the steps you mentioned and i've actively checking on emails and accounts for possible security breaches. 
    I really hope this whole situation does get sorted out, but the damage has been done already and things don't seem to be getting better. 


    Since it's quite an important subject, still, if i don't recieve an answer in about a week i will resort to contact my local authorities to make the process of re-gaining my account faster.. many things are at risk right now and my parents aren't exactly happy about not being responded about the matter.
    I've heard from very close friends with similiar cases, forums and internet videos that these kind of things usually take for.. about 3 weeks to even 8 months, and i'm really not going to sit here idle while some mindless buffoon with no life has my account details and is actively tricking people from my friends lists to also lose their accounts. 


    Having said that, i do really appreciate your response as nobody from the team has contacted me yet. Hope your day goes well.

    Update. They made me create yet another ticket, sign in on my other account and contact them there.. because i was not contacting them on the email that my account was supposed to be originally assigned to.
    (Thanks, captain obvious! i was FULLY compromised.. (yes, i did lose gaming-related accounts..) and only now i regained full access to it!) 
    Unfortunately, the assigned mod that my ticket has is one that tends to solve cases in a span of 5-10 months. 
    Will they really respond and take care of the case? Who knows. But this all seems very suspicious to me.
    I can't understand how auto-marking something as solved helps people understand the state of their tickets. 
    Even so, there is someone imposing me online who has my bank account details AS WE SPEAK.
    So please care about it and solve it of a damn time.
    I don't want to be forced to actually call the police. I'm only being agressive to get things done, as this is very important for both my family's safety and my friends'. I WON'T wait for more than a week.

    Yea am in the same boat got a ticket 25 days old was told they sent it trust and safety never heard back account got hacked dude changed the name and email and phone number to be realistic I just made a new account and gave up

    Hello guys, sergio24m here. 
    Yesterday, i noticed that the account was leaving all of its servers and decided to log in my newly created account to check what was happening. 
    Tl:dr; The hacker changed the profile picture, deleted the nitro banner, changed its discord tag.. and now there is nothing left to save now.
    I watched with rage-filled eyes how they slowly turned the account into something else.

    They also destroyed all of my private servers and unfriended everyone.. probably to nuke and sell my account.
    Now all that is left of it is a mere unrecognizable husk of who i was. 
    If you ever get into a similiar situation.. don't wait for discord to help you, as the same could happen to you. 
    Even if you are a trustworthy client who spent tons of money on them, they don't care. 
    Just reach to your local police, and they will handle the rest.

    Genuinely, it's really upsetting. 
    They took so much time with it, that now there is nothing left to save now.
    It's straight up just depressing for me to see this happen to the account i've been using for the past 7 years. 

    ..don't trust Discord.

    I just even try with discord support anymore I've come to terms that my account is gone if they get back to I guess good it is just very discouraging that there support is trash kept telling me that there tickets are I'm higher demand

    Same answer to me too, cant unbind the acc that is bound to my original email, or maybe someone can help reaching our tickets to an agent, if possible, since we got the exact same case with the same answers, why not trying to kill two birds with one stone?
