Discord support not helping with disabled account due to fake underage report.
Afternoon,
My account like many others was erroneously suspended due to some fake report about being underage, I have sent them a ticket with the requested info that simply wasn't accepted no matter what I did to add more info to it as requested and that was simply marked as solved after a final automated message. I have kept sending tickets after previous ones get marked as solved without any actual help being offered, is discord support this bad they won't even take some effort to try and give users their accounts back for mistakes made by the company itself?

Hey, can you tell me what info they are requesting? Or how their reply on your ticket looks like? Because on my ticket, I don't get a reply, not even an automated one.

They sent a standard cookie cutter reply asking for me to send them a photo of myself holding my ID with a paper with my discord handle written on it, thought no matter how many pictures I took it wasn't ever clear enough for them.

I recently had my account disabled for the same reason. I had no reply for a week so I sent a Twitter PM with my Ticket ID, my ticket was reviewed later that day. It could be coincidence though but worth a try.

Hello there, ye not going to happen my account has been deleted and all tickets where ignored, it is what it is.
