    Howdy Samuelposligua27,

I hope you're doing okay. I heard about the situation with your Discord account being disabled after jokingly claiming to be under 13 in a server. It's unfortunate that people reported you, leading to the disabling of your account. I understand your frustration with the support team not responding to your reactivation requests and feeling like they're ignoring you. Let's work together to find a solution.

Firstly, I want to emphasize the importance of taking jokes and statements regarding age seriously on online platforms. Age restrictions exist to ensure the safety and compliance of users, and making false claims can lead to unintended consequences, such as the disabling of your account.

To resolve this issue, I recommend taking the following steps:

    1. Be patient: It's possible that the support team is currently experiencing a high volume of requests and may take some time to review and respond to your specific case. Try to remain patient while awaiting their response.

    2. Use appropriate channels: Instead of solely relying on the reactivation request form, consider reaching out to Discord's support team through additional channels. This could include their official support email or social media accounts. Be polite and concise in your communication, explaining the situation clearly and providing any evidence that supports your claim.

    3. Include relevant details: When contacting the support team, make sure to mention the specific date your account was disabled and any reference numbers associated with your reactivation requests. This will help them locate and review your case more effectively.

    4. Avoid spamming or flooding the support team: While it's understandable to feel frustrated, repeatedly sending messages or flooding the support team with requests may hinder the resolution process. Stick to appropriate channels and wait for a response before following up.

    5. Remain cooperative: Be ready to cooperate fully with the support team. If they request additional information or verification, provide it promptly and accurately. This will demonstrate your willingness to resolve the issue and increase the chances of a favorable outcome.

Remember, Discord's support team wants to assist you, but it may take time to process your request thoroughly. By following these tips and maintaining clear and respectful communication, you'll improve your chances of getting your account reactivated.

I'm here to support you throughout this process, so feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns. Best of luck, and I hope your account is reinstated soon.

    Best regards, Haunt

Haunt nobody in discord or reddit or whatever weirdo thing you're trying to get is going to hire you because you feed gpt responses to random posts on a forum nobody watches, stop wasting everyone time

Actually, that does quite make him more hireable to be honest.
Anyway, i also lost my account and all i can say is that you should definetly be more patient.. but also be more agressive on your methods.
Sending them tons of emails won't do the trick, so.. perhaps contacting the police will do something?
Who knows, maybe this way they will actually invest in customer support and not in sending nitro users gifts.. which is something they should have to begin with to treat their faithful clients the way they should be.
I have spent at least 200$ in nitro on my account so far, and i don't plan on waiting a year to get my account back.

    Hey Sergio24medicionps4,

You're welcome for the help, and I'm glad you found my suggestions useful. I understand how frustrating and concerning it can be to deal with a situation like this. It's good to hear that you've already taken steps to secure your accounts and are actively monitoring for any security breaches. It's important to stay vigilant in such cases.

I completely empathize with your decision to contact local authorities if you don't receive a response within a week. Your online security is crucial, and if it's taking too long for the issue to be resolved, involving the authorities may help expedite the process. It's understandable that your parents are worried as well, so it's important to take proactive steps to protect your accounts.

Unfortunately, the recovery process for such cases can often take a considerable amount of time. It's frustrating, but it's crucial to stay persistent and not give up. By taking action, you're not only helping yourself but also preventing others from falling victim to the same situation.

I'm sorry to hear that nobody from the team has contacted you yet. It's important to remain patient, but also remember to keep reaching out and following up with them. In the meantime, if there's anything else I can do to assist you, please don't hesitate to let me know.

I hope everything gets sorted out soon and that you regain control of your accounts swiftly. Take care and stay safe!

    Best regards, Haunt

Thank you so much for your kind words! I truly appreciate the sentiment. However, I must clarify that I don't actually work at Discord. I'm just a volunteer and enjoy offering support to Discord users as a third-party support member. It's my pleasure to assist and help out whenever I can.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out. I'm here to help!

Thanks again for your appreciation, and have a fantastic day!

Hi, I just saw that my appeal was resolved, but you still can't access my account because it's still disabled.
I received an email saying that my account will be deleted within 14-30 days without showing me any proof of anything in detail.
At no time did I breach or break any terms or conditions that he agreed to.
I only use voice calls to talk to my friends and coworkers, it doesn't make sense that my account is disabled for doing nothing.
In case someone else helps me, I'll explain again: today I tried to enter my discord and I couldn't, it came out that my account was disabled and I received an email that said "Your account has been used in activities related to hacking, fraud, decryption of accounts and credit cards or trying to damage a computer or computer network, something I never did since I only use it to speak by voice and write with my colleagues and friends.

I hope you can help me

since it was surely his mistake or maybe it was a failure of one of the bots that discord has

Is there a way to actually contact directly though? I do know on "Haunt's" profile it says they have a discord, but I'm not sure how to directly reach that discord if there's a well, the link to the profile is here though.

    https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/profiles/5255775560087-Haunt?filter_by=comments&sort_by=recent_user_activity

Did attempt to send a FR since that appears to be the way to contact more directly, although help would be appreciated however though too. Unrelated, but I do find it somewhat unusual it says I wasn't disabled but then it says I am from automated messages, I get told I should ignore it by the system messages, from later responses, as those were not in use (originally from email response), then I get forwarded back to here for the support forums, which in turn the response from Haunt, told me to bring out more information, and other people to support, which I have, but I am assuming it should be relatively easier to contact through discord, although I'm not sure though too. Haunt's suggestions have been fairly useful though too.

Haunt is just a chatgpt-powered gigachad to be honest.

The discord link does seem to actually exist though which is strange, it does refer to a user by that tag however, and I do recall there is a phone number, as quote unquote from a reddit "source" for it though.

"Discord HQ's phone number ((415) 645-4065) leads to a voice mail telling you to submit a ticket, but another number ((888) 594-0085) appears to reach their offices. From there you can dial an extension, request the operator, use a directory, or wait to leave a message."

otherwise not sure if anyone has actually tried that, considering they did recently change to automated responses or whatever recently though too.

Due to certain circumstances, my previous account with the tag "@seltyy" is no longer accessible.

However, I have created a new account with the tag "@hateselty". If you need to reach out to me or have any questions, please add my new account to your Discord friend list.

I will be actively using this new account moving forward, and I am looking forward to continuing our interaction on Discord. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any queries, concerns, or if there's anything else I can assist you with.

Thank you for your understanding, and I appreciate your cooperation in updating your contact information for me. I'm here to help!
