I need help urgently
Hi, I just saw that my appeal was resolved, but you still can't access my account because it's still disabled.
I received an email saying that my account will be deleted within 14-30 days without showing me any proof of anything in detail.
At no time did I breach or break any terms or conditions that he agreed to.
I only use voice calls to talk to my friends and coworkers, it doesn't make sense that my account is disabled for doing nothing.
In case someone else helps me, I'll explain again: today I tried to enter my discord and I couldn't, it came out that my account was disabled and I received an email that said "Your account has been used in activities related to hacking, fraud, decryption of accounts and credit cards or trying to damage a computer or computer network, something I never did since I only use it to speak by voice and write with my colleagues and friends.

Hello friend, but is your case the same as mine? did you get the same email? or because it was yours, what message and reason did they give you?
The truth is very sad, because when you send the ticket they mark it as solved, and a message arrives that they will delete the account between 14-30 days.
I really hope you can help me, I will continue sending tickets if it helps because it cannot be that the bots mark something resolved and the human people who work there do not review it.

I generally recommend waiting, it doesn't exactly seem like there's really a lot of people who really work to review these cases, considering I've really only been seeing either two AI/bots of the same origin/name, and one actual person that does check on these, try not to send more than probably 3-5 support tickets, (if you really want to ask about it, "help & support" then "general question" exists, although I'm not sure if that exactly fits the descriptions for the "proper channels" for a appeal message, (well obviously it depends on relevance), but commenting on your own can help with the process though, I would recommend reviewing the TOS and Guidelines, considering cases like these tend to happen from what I have seen from reading here, generally I recommend researching more and finding what could work in this situation as well too.

my disabled discord user is v.o.d.k.a. and my original alias V.O.D.K.A#8066
PS: I think all this error happened with the new update to change the Alias and the unique nick.
